Attend the Connecticut Spring Boat Show (Essex, May 3 from 1pm-6pm and May 4 & 5 from 10am-5pm)
This weekend, head over to Essex Island Marina for a boutique in-water boat show! See more than 60 boats ranging in size and speak with various dealers and manufacturers. The show will also have gear, accessories and exhibitors set up for guests.
Take a Lighthouse Cruise (Norwalk, May 11 from 10am-3:30pm)
Venture out on a lighthouse cruise on the Long Island Sound from Norwalk’s Maritime Aquarium. During the cruise, Aquarium educators will be there to share information about the area’s lighthouses! Feel free to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages along for the ride.
Start Collecting Stamps in your Passport to CT Farm Wineries (Locations and times vary)
The 2019 Passport program will begin Friday, May 3! Be sure to pick up your passport at any participating winery and get stamping! Visit as many participating wineries as you can to add stamps, the more stamps you get, the more chances you have to win prizes — the grand prize is a two-week trip for two (including airfare and lodging) to Spain!
Take in a show at The Palace Theater (Stamford, dates and times vary)
